Lexington Catholic coach Don Tegt started the following lineup: 5-11 Jr. Chloe Treece, 5-8 Sr. Farah Weldon, 5-10 Sr. Emma Frank, 5-6 Jr. Hannah Carlisle, and 5-7 So. Katherine Truitt.  Bourbon County coach Bill Watson countered with 5-10 Sr. McLain Murphy, 5-9 Fr. Laiken Hardin, 5-11 Sr. Lyndsay Johnson, 5-5 Jr. Jaydyn Goodwin, and 5-7 Sr. Hannah Hamelbach.

Lexington Catholic defeated Bourbon County 69-57 in a game that featured a combined 62 turnovers, 56 fouls, and 80 free throws attempted.  Lexington Catholic shot 35.5% from the field including four of 20 from the three point line.  The Lady Knights connected on 21 of 33 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored 39 points off 34 Bourbon County turnovers.  Bourbon County shot 31.1% from the field including three of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Colonels connected on 26 of 47 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 28 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Chloe Treece led Lexington Catholic with 16 points including six of eight free throws, three rebounds, four assists, four blocked shots, and three steals.  Katherine Truitt added 14 points, four rebounds, and six steals.  5-8 Sr. Ariel West recorded 10 points and five rebounds.  Farah Weldon chipped in with nine points including four of four free throws, five rebounds, two assists, and four steals.  Emma Frank added eight rebounds and three steals.  5-8 So. Olivia Bretz pulled down 10 rebounds.  5-4 So. Mary-Margaret Hampton chipped in with eight points, three rebounds, five assists, and three steals.

Lyndsay Johnson led Bourbon County with 19 points including two three point baskets, five of seven free throws, seven rebounds, and seven steals.  Jaydyn Goodwin added 15 points including six of 10 free throws, nine rebounds, three assists, and two steals.  Hannah Hamelbach recorded eight points and 5-7 Fr. Caylie Baker chipped in with five points and 11 rebounds.
