Lincoln County coach Jeff Jackson countered with 6-3 Sr. Baylor Mattingly, 6-2 Sr. Brady Weaver, 6-3 So. Colton Ralston, 5-11 So. Tramane Alcorn, and 6-2 Jr. Jaxon Smith.  Madison Southern coach Austin Newton countered with 6-3 Sr. Trent DeVries, 5-9 Sr. Jayden Adams. 6-4 So. Brett Erslan, 5-7 So. Zach Hudson, and 5-8 Jr. Walt Smith.

Lincoln County buoyed by 12 three point baskets defeated Madison Southern by the score of 69-52.  Lincoln County shot 55% from the field including 12 of 22 from the three point line.  The Patriots connected on 13 of 16 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 13 Madison Southern turnovers.  Madison Southern shot 41.3% from the field including six of 22 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 15 Lincoln County turnovers.

Baylor Mattingly led Lincoln County with 24 points on eight three point baskets, three rebounds, and two steals.  Brady Weaver added 15 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and two steals.  Colton Ralston recorded 12 points including two three point baskets, seven rebounds, and five assists.  Tramane Alcorn chipped in with 10 points including four of four free throws and six assists.  Jaxon Smith added six points, four rebounds, three assists, and two steals.

Trent DeVries led Madison Southern with 17 points including three three point baskets.  Walt Smith added eight points, three rebounds, three assists, and two steals.  6-1 So. Jay Rose and 6-4 Jr. Hezekiah Fogle each recorded six points and four rebounds.
