Lafayette coach Allison Denton started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Olivia Cathers, 5-7 So. Kylie Noble, 6-0 Jr. Anaya Brown, 5-1 Jr. Catherine Jacobs, and 5-7 Jr. Lauren Walton.  Bourbon County coach Bill Watson countered with 5-10 Sr. McLain Murphy, 5-9 Fr. Laiken Hardin, 5-11 Sr. Lyndsay Johnson, 5-5 Jr. Jaydyn Goodwin, and 5-7 Sr. Hannah Hammelback.

 

Lafayette defeated Bourbon County by the score of 53-43.  Lafayette shot 35.4% from the field including seven of 23 from the three point line.  The Lady Generals connected on 12 pf 18 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 16 Bourbon County turnovers.  Bourbon County shot 27.6% from the field including five of 23 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Colonels connected on six of eight free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 18 Lafayette turnovers.

 

Anaya Brown led Lafayette with 14 points, 18 rebounds, five assists, four blocked shots, and two steals.  Catherine Jacobs added 10 points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, and five steals.  Kylie Noble recorded nine points on three three point baskets and three rebounds.  5-5 So. Gracyn Grantz chipped in with seven points and five rebounds.  Olivia Cathers chipped in with seven points, three rebounds, three assists, and four steals.

 

Laiken Hardin led Bourbon County with 13 points including three three point baskets and three rebounds.  Hannah Hammelback added eight points, eight rebounds, three assists, two blocked shots, and two steals.  McLain Murphy recorded eight points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and two assists.  5-7 Fr. Caylie Baker chipped in with seven points.  Lyndsay Johnson recorded two points, seven rebounds, three assists, and three steals.
