Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Josie Gilvin, 5-8 Fr. Reagan Bender, 6-0 Jr. Alex Wolff, 5-5 So. Triniti Ralston, and 5-6 Sr. Maggie Montano. DuPont Manual coach Jeff Sparks countered with 5-10 Jr. Daisha White, 5-8 So. Jakayla Thompson, 6-1 Jr. Kennedy Lee, 5-3 So. Sydne Tolbert, and 5-7 Jr. Ayanna Stroud.
Sacred Heart Academy defeated DuPont Manual by the score of 50-37. Sacred Heart shot 42.4% from the field including three of eight from the three point line. The Valkyries connected on 19 of 28 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored seven points on 14 Manual turnovers. Manual shot 29.2% from the field including two of 17 from beyond the arc. The Lady Crimsons connected on seven of 12 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 20 Sacred Heart turnovers.
Triniti Ralston led Sacred Heart Academy with 15 points including nine of 11 free throws, two rebounds, and two steals. Alex Wolff added 14 points including eight of 11 free throws, 10 rebounds, and two assists. Reagan Bender recorded 13 points including three three point baskets, five rebounds, and two blocked shots. Josie Gilvin chipped in with eight points, 13 rebounds, four assists, and three steals.
Jakayla Thompson led DuPont Manual with 15 points including three of four free throws, and three rebounds. Kennedy Lee added nine points, eight rebounds, and three steals. Sydne Tolbert recorded eight points, four rebounds, and four steals.
