Marshall County coach Aaron Beth started the following lineup: 5-11 Jr. Jada Driver, 5-7 Sr. Cayson Conner, 6-2 Jr. Halle Langhi, 5-3 Sr. Layne Pea, and 5-6 Sr. Presley Jezik.  Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 5-10 Jr. Josie Gilvin,5-8 Fr. Reagan Bender, 6-1 Jr. Alexandra Wolff, 5-5 So. Triniti Ralston, and 5-6 Sr. Maggie Montano.

 

Sacred Heart captured the championship with a 49-47 thriller over Marshall County.  The score was tied 10 times and there were nine lead changes in the game.  Sacred Heart shot 38% from the field including five of 15 from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on six of eight free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 16 Marshall County turnovers.  Marshall County shot 47.4% from the field including one of eight from beyond the arc.  The Lady Marshals connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored eight points off 11 Sacred Heart turnovers.

 

Triniti Ralston led Sacred Heart Academy with 18 points including four three point baskets, four of five free throws, four rebounds, and four assists.  Alexandra Wolff added 10 points, four rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Reagan Bender recorded eight points, four rebounds, and three assists.  Josie Gilvin chipped in with for points, eight rebounds, five assists, five blocked shots, and five steals. 

 

Halle Langhi led Marshall County with 19 points including four of six free throws, and seven rebounds.  Cayson Conner added 16 points including four of six free throws, four rebounds, and six assists.  6-0 Sr. Sophie Galloway recorded six points and 10 rebounds.
