Conner coach Michelle Gambrel started the following lineup: 6-0 Jr. Juliet Strange, 5-7 So. Aubrey Fisher, 6-0 Sr. Lauren Hawthorne, 5-4 Jr. Kelsee Simpson, and 5-6 So. Anna Hamilton.  Madison Central coach Brad Lovely countered with 5-10 So. Bailey Hensley, 5-7 So. Eden Carter, 5-9 Sr. Kessaney Melton, 5-7 Fr. Brittany Campbell, and 5-6 Fr. Nataya Strader.

Madison Central led 26-25 at halftime but Conner rallied for a 53-45 victory over the Lady Indians.  There were eight lead changes and 10 ties in this game.  Conner shot 41% from the field including eight of 18 from the three point line.  The Lady Cougars connected on 13 of 19 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 23 Madison Central turnovers.  Madison Central shot 42.1% from the field including three of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Indians connected on 10 of 18 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 18 Conner turnovers.

Anna Hamilton led Conner with 23 points including six three point baskets, five rebounds, four assists, and two steals.  Juliet Strange added 21 points including eight of 13 free throws, seven rebounds, five assists, two blocked shots, and five steals. 

Bailey Hensley led Madison Central with 14 points, 15 rebounds, and two assists.  Brittany Campbell added 12 points, three rebounds, two assists, and five steals.  Eden Carter recorded nine points and two assists.  Nataya Strader chipped in with six points, five rebounds, and three steals.
