South Oldham coach Gene Heffington started the following lineup: 5-9 So. Chloe John, 5-5 So. Ella Morrison, 5-9 Sr. Sophia Kirtland, 5-4 Jr. Natalie Betz, and 5-6 Sr. Sierra Kemelgor.  Assumption coach Stacy Pendleton countered with 5-9 Sr. Nia Gandolfo, 5-8 Sr. Grace White, 6-0 So. Delaney Cooper, 5-5 So. Zoe Thompson, and 5-7 So. Taryn Morris.

Assumption defeated South Oldham by the score of 81-68.  Assumption shot 43.1% from the field including nine of 32 from the three point line.  The Rockets connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 19 South Oldham turnovers.  South Oldham shot 45.6% from the field including five of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Dragons connected on 11 of 13 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 12 Assumption turnovers.

Taryn Morris led Assumption with 22 points including four three point baskets, four rebounds, two assists, and two steals.  Grace White added 14 points including two three point baskets, six rebounds, and four assists.  Delaney Cooper recorded 12 points, six rebounds, two assists, and two steals.  Zoe Thompson chipped in with 10 points, four assists, and three steals.  Nia Gandolfo chipped in with eight points, eight rebounds, and three assists.

Sierra Kemelgor led South Oldham with 41 points including three three point baskets, six of seven free throws, 12 rebounds, three assists, and four steals.  Ella Morrison added 13 points, seven rebounds, and two assists.  Sophia Kirtland recorded four points, seven rebounds, three blocked shots, and three steals.
