Lafayette coach Allison Denton started the following lineup: 5-10 Sr. Olivia Cathers, 5-10 So. Narrah Wilson, 6-1 Sr. Anaya Brown, 5-1 Sr. Catherine Jacobs, and 5-5 Jr. Gracyn Grantz. Pulaski County coach Chris Adkins countered with 5-9 Jr. Aubrey Daulton, 5-8 So. Maggie Holt, 5-10 So. Sydney Martin, 5-5 Sr. Caroline Oaks, and 5-8 Sr. Madelyn Blankenship.
Lafayette defeated Pulaski County by the score of 50-48. The score was tied five times and there were two lead changes in the contest. Lafayette shot 47.1% from the field including two of seven from the three point line. The Lady Generals connected on 16 of 23 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 13 Pulaski County turnovers. Pulaski County shot 34.8% from the field including eight of 27 from beyond the arc. The Lady Maroons connected on eight of 11 free throws, pulled down 18 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 22 Lafayette turnovers. Pulaski County held a 24-6 advantage in three point points.
Anaya Brown led Lafayette with 20 points including five of seven free throws, 13 rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Olivia Cathers added seven points, five rebounds, and three steals. Gracyn Grantz recorded seven points including five of six free throws, three rebounds, and three assists. Catherine Jacobs chipped in with seven points, two rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Narrah Wilson also recorded seven points.
Sydney Martin led Pulaski County with 17 points including two three point baskets and three rebounds. Caroline Oaks added 12 points including three three point baskets and four assists. Aubrey Daulton recorded nine points and three steals. Madelyn Blankenship chipped in with six points on two three point baskets and three rebounds.
