1st Annual Adams Buick GMC Holiday Hoopfest

Lincoln County coach James Jackson started the following lineup: 5-8 Fr. Hallie Mullins, 5-6 Fr. Alexia Baldock, 6-0 Jr. Emily Estes, 5-4 So. Macey Rice, and 5-5 Sr. Ally Lynn.  Knott County Central coach Jeff Honeycutt countered with 5-9 Sr. Kelsey Noble, 5-9 So. Haley Combs, 6-0 So. Faith Pollard, 5-3 So. Kylie Gayheart, and 5-2 Jr. Ally Hall.

 

Knott County Central defeated Lincoln County by the score of 63-32.  Knott County Central shot 48.9% from the field including nine of 17 from the three point line.  They connected on eight of 11 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 32 points off 22 Lincoln County turnovers.  Lincoln County shot 36.6% from the field including zero of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Patriots connected on two of four free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored four points off 12 Knott County Central turnovers.

 

Kylie Gayheart led Knott County Central with 12 points including two three point baskets, two rebounds, seven assists, and seven steals.  Gayheart was four of four from the field and two of two from the free throw line.  Ally Hall added 12 points including two three point baskets and three rebounds.  5-6 So. Layce Hall recorded 10 points including two three point baskets and four rebounds.  Kelsey Noble chipped in with eight points including two three point baskets, six rebounds, and five assists.

 

Alexia Baldock led Lincoln County with 10 points, four rebounds, and four assists.  Ally Lynn added six points, seven rebounds, and two assists.  Emily Estes recorded six points and three rebounds.
