Western Hills coach Geoff Cody started the following lineup: 6-4 Jr. Walter Campbell, 6-2 Sr. Zach Semones, 6-5 Fr. Javeon Campbell, 5-10 So. Austin Stone, and 6-1 Fr. Elijah Thompson.  East Jessamine coach Matthew Chewning countered with 6-2 Sr. Turner Shouse, 6-0 Jr. Isaiah Daniel, 6-3 Sr. Brycen Hubbard, 5-8 Jr. Hayden Frazier, and 5-8 Fr. Myles Radford.

Western Hills raced out to a 27-6 first quarter lead on their way to a 74-34 victory over East Jessamine.  Western Hills shot 55.4% from the field including seven of 11 from the three point line.  The Wolverines connected on five of 10 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 12 East Jessamine turnovers.  East Jessamine shot 24.5% from the field including two of 22 from beyond the arc.  The Jaguars connected on six of 11 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 12 Western Hills turnover.

Zach Semones led Western Hills with 29 points including two three point baskets and five rebounds.  Walter Campbell added 18 points, 14 rebounds, and three assists.  Javeon Campbell recorded seven points, 11 rebounds, and five assists.

6-2 Fr. Keelyn Daniel led East Jessamine with eight points, four rebounds, and two steals.  Hayden Frazier added six points and four rebounds.  Myles Radford chipped in with five points.  Brycen Hubbard pulled down seven rebounds.
