Rowan County coach Shawn Thacker countered with 6-4 Jr. Braiden Hammonds, 6-2 So.Colby Wilburn, 6-5 Sr. Chase Alderman, 5-10 Sr. Cody Collins, and 5-9 Fr. Jayson Ingles.
Garrard County defeated Rowan County by the score of 41-38. There were five lead changes and one tie in the game. Chase Burkhart chipped in with five points and nine rebounds.
Chase Alderman led Rowan County with 13 points, eight rebounds, three assists, and four blocked shots. Cody Collins added 12 points on four three point baskets, six rebounds, and two steals. 6-2 So. Weston Maxey recorded six points on two three point baskets and two rebounds. Colby Wilburn chipped in with four points and nine rebounds.
