Eastern coach Don Rice started the following lineup: 5-9 Jr. Ava Foos,5-8 Sr. Chelsea Smith, 5-11 Sr.Makenna Wilson, 5-7 8th Grade Brianna Wilkins, and 5-8 Sr. Halle Brewer. Anderson County coach Clay Birdwhistell countered with 6-0 Sr. Paige Serafini, 5-11 Fr. Lainey Johnson, 6-1 Sr. Jacie Chesser, 5-7 So. Jenna Satterly, and 5-11 Sr. Amiya Jenkins.
Anderson County defeated Eastern by the score of 57-31. Anderson County shot 44.9% from the field including eight of 21 from the three point line. The Bearcats connected on five of 13 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 30 points off 28 Eastern turnovers. Eastern shot 37.1% from the field including one of 10 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on four of five free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored nine points off 12 Anderson County turnovers.
Paige Serafini led Anderson County with 14 points including two three point baskets. Amiya Jenkins added 12 points, nine rebounds, three assists, and eight steals. Jenna Satterly recorded 10 points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, five assists, and four steals. Lainey Johnson chipped in with 10 points.
Brianna Wilkins led Eastern with 23 points, seven rebounds, and three steals. Makenna Wilson pulled down eight rebounds.
