Owensboro Catholic coach Michael Robertson started the following lineup: 5-8 So. Hailee Johnson, 5-8 Jr. Madeline Hayden, 5-11 Sr. Kinsey Goetz, 5-6 Jr. Katie Riney, and 5-6 Fr. Karmin Riley.  Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 6-0 Sr. Alexa Wolff, 5-11 Sr. Josie Gilvin, 6-3 So. Angelina Pelayo, 5-10 So. Reagan Bender, and 6-0 Fr. ZaKiyah Johnson.

Sacred Heart Academy defeated Owensboro Catholic by the score of 72-43.  Sacred Heart shot 57.7% from the field including five of 11 from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on seven of nine free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 17 Owensboro Catholic turnovers.  Owensboro Catholic shot 31.8% from the field including four of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Aces connected on 11 of 20 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored eight points off 15 Sacred Heart turnovers.

ZaKiyah Johnson led Sacred Heart Academy with 18 points including two three point baskets, four of five free throws, four rebounds, five assists, and three steals.  Reagan Bender added 14 points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, and four assists.  Angelina Pelayo recorded 11 points, seven rebounds, and three blocked shots.  5-9 So. Emi-Lee Howe and Alex Wolff each recorded eight points and five rebounds. Josie Gilvin added four points, three rebounds, nine assists, and four steals.

Hailee Johnson led Owensboro Catholic with 14 points including six of eight free throws, and four rebounds.  Karmin Riley added 10 points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, and seven steals.  Madeline Hayden recorded six points.
