Notre Dame coach Kes Murphy started the following lineup: 5-8 Sr. Kylie Aytes, 5-10 Jr. Noelle Hubert, 5-10 Sr. Drue Disken, 5-8 Sr. Macie Feldman, and 5-8 Sr. Lacey Bradshaw.  Male coach Maurice Ponder countered with 5-9 So.Maklya Humphrey, 5-8 Sr. Alexis Carr, 5-11 Jr. Makiya West, 5-3 Jr. Desaine Mhango, and 5-7 Sr. Makya Grinter.

 

Notre Dame Academy outscored Male 22-10 in the final quarter to earn a 63-54 victory over the Lady Bulldogs.  The score was tied five times and there were six lead changes in the game.  Notre Dame shot 48.8% from the field including three of 14 from the three point line.  The Pandas connected on 20 of 32 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 15 Male turnovers.  Male shot 38.9% from the field including six of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Bulldogs connected on six of 10 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 11 points off nine Notre Dame turnovers.

 

Kylie Aytes led Notre Dame with 13 points including nine of 11 free throws and eight rebounds.  Nicolle Hubert added 13 points including three three point baskets, four of four free throws, three rebounds, and three steals.  Macie Feldman recorded 11 points and six assists.  Lacey Bradshaw chipped in with 10 points, four rebounds, and two assists.

 

Makiya West led Male with 11 points including two three point baskets and three rebounds.  Alexis Carr added 10 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists.  Makya Grinter recorded nine points, five rebounds, and four assists.  5-4 Jr. KaNiah Edelen chipped in with nine points on three three point baskets.  5-6 7th Grade Amirah Jordan added eight points.
