George Rogers Clark coach Josh Cook started the following lineup: 6-4 Jr. Jerone Morton, 6-3 Sr. Tanner Walton, 6-7 Jr. Trent Edwards, 5-9 Sr. Aden Slone, and 6-0 Jr. Sam Parrish.  Bryan Station coach Champ Ligon Jr. countered with 6-5 Sr. Terik Mulder, 6-1 So. Trenton Cutwright, 6-6 Jr. Jaden Biggers, 6-0 Sr. Andrew Cairel, and 6-0 Sr. J’Marious Lindsay.

 

George Rogers Clark raced out to a 30-14 first quarter lead on their way to an 88-60 victory over Bryan Station.  GRC shot 52.2% from the field including 10 of 23 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on eight of 10 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 21 Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 36.5% from the field including four of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Defenders connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 13 GRC turnovers.

 

Jerone Morton led GRC with 21 points including three three point baskets, four of four free throws, five rebounds, three assists, two blocked shots, and two steals.  Trent Edwards added 17 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and four blocked shots.  Sam Parrish recorded 16 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, five assists, and four steals.  Tanner Walton chipped in with 12 points and five assists.  5-10 So. Rashaun Hampton added 11 points including three three point baskets and two blocked shots.

 

J’Marious Lindsay led Bryan Station with 19 points including two three point baskets, three of four free throws, and five rebounds.  Jaden Biggers added 14 points, eight rebounds, and four blocked shots.  Trenton Cutwright recorded 14 points including two three point baskets.  Terik Mulder pulled down eight rebounds.
