Tates Creek coach Jarrod Gay Sr. started the following lineup: 6-0 Sr. Camdyn Combs, 6-0 Jr. Jacobi Commodore, 6-0 Jr. Mattox Hadley, 5-9 Fr. Dawson Garth, and 6-0 Jr. Eric Hackett.  Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-4 Jr. Hudson Sparks, 6-2 Sr. Jack Gohmann, 6-10 Jr. Reece Potter, 6-0 Sr. Blake Busson, and 6-1 So. John Reinhart.

Lexington Catholic defeated Tates Creek by the score of 70-46.  Lexington Catholic shot 60.4% from the field including five of 12 from the three point line.  The Knights connected on seven of 15 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 16 Tates Creek turnovers.  Tates Creek shot 31.3% from the field including four of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Commodores connected on 12 of 15 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 15 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Reece Potter led Lexington Catholic with 17 points, four rebounds, two blocked shots, and two steals.  Blake Busson added 13 points, four rebounds, and three steals.  John Reinhart recorded 11 points including three three point baskets.  Jack Gohmann chipped in with 10 points.  6-4 So. Rowan Williams added six points and six rebounds.

Eric Hackett led Tates Creek with 12 points including three of four free throws.  Jacobi Commodore added 11 points, six rebounds, and two steals.  6-1 Jr. Owen Trump chipped in with eight points.
