Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman started the following lineup: 6-2 Sr. Jack Gohmann, 6-6 Jr. Hudson Sparks, 6-10 Jr. Reece Potter, 6-0 Sr. Blake Busson, and 6-0 So. John Reinhart.  Trinity coach Mike Szabo countered with 6-5 Jr. Andrew Allen, 6-2 So. Noah Lovan, 6-8 Jr. David Pfeifer, 6-1 Jr. CJ Walls, and 6-2 Jr. Cam McClain.

Lexington Catholic trailed 43-34 after three quarters but rallied to beat Trinity 58-52.  There were five lead changes and two ties in this game.  Lexington Catholic shot 41.7% from the field including eight of 17 from the three point line.  The Knights connected on 10 of 13 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 12 points off eight Trinity turnovers.  Trinity shot 41.5% from the field including seven of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Shamrocks connected on 11 of 13 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored nine points off nine Lexington Catholic turnovers. 

Reece Potter led Lexington Catholic with 24 points including four of five free throws, and 10 rebounds.  John Reinhart added 20 points including six three point baskets.  Jack Gohmann recorded nine points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and two assists.

CJ Walls led Trinity with 12 points including three three point baskets, three rebounds, and two assists.  David Pfeifer added 12 points and two blocked shots.  Cam McClain recorded 11 points including three three point baskets, five rebounds, and three assists.  Noah Lovan chipped in with seven points, two rebounds, and two assists.  Andrew Allen added six points and four rebounds.
