Corbin coach Isaac Wilson started the following lineup: 5-7 So. Kallie Housley, 5-7 Fr. Raegan Walker, 5-9 Sr. Shelby Stewart, 5-6 Sr. Lauren Faulkner, and 5-8 So. Darcie Anderson.  Scott County coach Steve Helton countered with 5-7 Jr. Tyra Young, 5-6 Fr. Maleiyah Moore, 6-1 Sr. Kenady Tompkins, 5-4 Sr. Brianna Penney, and 5-6 Sr. Emma Price.

 

Corbin defeated Scott County by the score of 81-42.  Corbin shot 56.9% from the field including 13 of 22 from the three point line.  The Lady Redhounds connected on 10 of 16 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 15 Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 26.7% from the field including four of 26 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Cardinals connected on six of six free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored six points off 12 Corbin turnovers.

 

Shelby Stewart led Corbin with 17 points including three three point baskets.  Kallie Housley added 15 points including three three point baskets, seven rebounds, and five assists.  Darcie Anderson recorded 15 points on five three point baskets, two rebounds, and six assists.  5-6 So. Bailey Stewart chipped in with 10 points including two three point baskets, and five rebounds.  6-0 Sr. Erica Angel added seven points and Reagan Walker pulled down eight rebounds.

 

Kenady Tompkins led Scott County with 16 points, five rebounds, three assists, two blocked shots, and two steals.  Maleiyah Moore added 10 points including two three point baskets.  Tyra Young recorded six points on six of six free throws and two rebounds.  Emma Price chipped in with five points, six rebounds, five assists, and three steals.
