Lexington Catholic coach Lee Tegt started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Katherine Truitt, 5-9 So. Lydia Kennedy, 5-10 Jr. Olivia Bretz, 5-7 Jr. Lucy Nash, and 5-8 Fr. Abby Hammond.  Woodford County coach Erik Daniels countered with 5-10 Jr. Chloe Brown, 5-7 So. Taylor Patterson, 5-11 So. Maya Gudger, 5-2 Sr. Tori Cavins, and 5-7 Sr. Mackenzie Karo.

Lexington Catholic defeated Woodford County by the score of 53-38.  Lexington Catholic shot 28.6% from the field including one of 14 from the three point line.  The Lady Knights connected on 20 of 25 free throws, pulled down 47 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 23 Woodford County turnovers.  Woodford County shot 32.6% from the field including two of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Yellow Jackets connected on eight of 14 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 20 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Katherine Truitt led Lexington Catholic with 23 points including 11 of 14 free throws, 10 rebounds, and two steals.  Olivia Bretz added eight points, eight rebounds, three assists, and three steals.  5-6 So. Sydney Elbert recorded eight points including four of five free throws, two rebounds, two assists, and six steals.  Lydia Kennedy chipped in with five points, nine rebounds, and two assists.

Mackenzie Karo led Woodford County with 12 points including four of six free throws, three rebounds, and three assists.  Chloe Brown added nine points, three rebounds, and three steals.  Maya Gudger recorded eight points and seven rebounds.
