Pulaski County defeated Madison Southern by the score of 34-8. Pulaski County recorded 22 first downs and 390 yards of total offense. They were penalized six times for 50 yards. Madison Southern recorded seven first downs and 157 yards of total offense. The Eagles were penalized 14 times for 90 yards and had two passes intercepted.
Ethan Idlewine led Pulaski County’s ground game with 91 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries. Trey Hornsby carried the ball nine times for 45 yards. Brysen Dugger recorded 14 yards and a touchdown on five carries. Brysen Dugger completed 23 of 32 passes for 241 yards and two touchdowns. Chandler Godby caught 12 passes for 107 yards and two touchdowns. Harris Denmyer added three receptions for 70 yards. Zak Anderson caught four passes for 29 yards. Chandler Godby returned one kickoff for 14 yards. James New led the defense with nine solo tackles. Layton Abbott added six solo and seven assisted tackles. Brayden Ping and Jericho Dixon each recorded five solo and one assisted tackles and Dixon scored on a 20 yard interception return. Zander Simpson also intercepted a pass.
Juan Rodriguez led Madison Southern’s ground game with 35 yards on 13 carries. Ethan Woods completed eight of 20 passes for 107 yards with two interceptions. Cade Sullivan returned six kickoffs for 167 yards with an 89 yard return for a touchdown. Juan Rodriguez returned a punt for 14 yards. Cade Sullivan caught five passes for 60 yards. Ethan Moore added two receptions for 41 yards.
