Bullitt East defeated Central Hardin 28-15 despite QB Travis Egan being out of the game for an extended period as a precaution after suffering an injury in the first half. Bullitt East recorded 23 first downs and 387 yards of total offense. The Chargers were penalized eight times for 55 yards and lost two fumbles. Central Hardin recorded seven first downs and 115 yards of total offense. They were penalized three times for 35 yards and lost a fumble.

Mason Gauthier led Bullitt East’s ground game with 112 yards and three touchdowns on 21 carries. Travis Egan carried the ball seven times for 57 yards. Jack Zwernemann added 51 yards on nine carries. Camron Brogan chipped in with 33 yards on five carries. Travis Egan completed nine of 14 passes for 100 yards. Jack Zwernemann completed seven of 11 passes for 49 yards and a touchdown. Camron Brogan caught five passes for 81 yards and a touchdown. Nolan Richardson recorded 10 receptions for 58 yards. Camron Brogan returned two kickoffs for 37 yards. Isaiah Hare led the defense with three solo and eight assisted tackles. Joslin Braxton added four solo and one assisted tackles. Brady Cornell recorded two solo and five assisted tackles. Baron Hardesty recovered a fumble.

Mason Gardner led Central Hardin’s ground game with 49 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. Walker Meredith carried the ball six times for 48 yards and a touchdown. Zakery Spurrier completed two of five passes for seven yards. Jaxon Engstrand caught one pass for five yards. Gage Bryant returned one punt for 47 yards. Walker Meredith returned two kickoffs for 19 yards. Mason Gardner and Mason Smith each returned a kickoff for 18 and 13 yards respectively. Adam Hobbs led the defense with 12 solo and four assisted tackles respectively. LaMarion Blount added six solo and three assisted tackles respectively. Gage Bryant recorded seven solo and two assisted tackles. McKay Peyton and Noah Peyton each recovered a fumble.
