Berea coach Dammian Stepp started the following lineup: 5-7 Jr. Sophie Brewer, 5-6 Jr. Mandy Newman, 6-0 Jr. Lauren Stepp, 5-1 Jr. Maddy King, and 5-7 Jr. Abgail Beard. Madison Central coach Scott True countered with 5-7 Sr. Chloe Freeman, 5-7 So. Brooke Campbell, 5-10 Jr. Bailey Hensley, 5-7 So. Brittany Campbell, ad 5-7 Jr. Eden Carter.

Madison Central took an early lead and was never threatened tonight as they defeated Berea by the score of 45-25. Madison Central shot 40% from the field including three of 12 from the three point line. The Lady Indians connected on 10 of 18 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 19 Berea turnovers. Berea shot 30.8% from the field including one of 14 from beyond the arc. The Lady Pirates connected on eight of 15 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored four points off eight Madison Central turnovers.

Bailey Hensley led Madison Central with 18 points, seven rebounds, and three steals. Nataya Strader added nine points, five rebounds, and three assists. Brittany Campbell recorded eight points, two rebounds, and five steals.

Abigail Beard led Berea with nine points and seven rebounds. Mandy Newman added six points and two rebounds. Sophie Brewer recorded five points, seven rebounds, and two steals.
