Wplfe County coach Robert Creech started the following lineup: 6-3 Fr. Max Whisman, 61 Fr. Jaylen Molands, 6-8 Jr. Skylar Ritchie, 5-11 Jr. Andrew Mayabb, and 6-0 Sr. Sawyer Thompson. Scott County coach Tim Glenn countered with 6-4 Sr. Nck Mosby, 6-3 Jr. Noah Gallagher, 6-4 Jr. Lamarion McGrapth, 5-10 Sr. Daquis Brown, and 6-1 Sr. Micah Glenn.
Scott County led 23-13 after the first quarter on their way to a 74-61 victory over Wolfe County. Scott County shot 53.6% from the field including 10 of 24 from the three point line. The Cardinals connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 15 Wolfe County turnovers. Wolfe County shot 52.9% from the field including five of 18 from beyond the arc. The Wolves connected on two of six free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 12 Scott County turnovers.
Nick Mosby led Scott County with 19 points including three three point baskets and four rebounds. Daquis Brown added 15 points, seven rebounds, six assists, and three steals. 6-4 Jr. Eli Moody recorded 13 points. 5-9 So. Tristan Christopher chipped in with 10 points including two three point baskets.
Skylar Ritchie led Wolfe County with 26 points and nine rebounds. Ritchie was 13 of 14 from the field. Sawyer Thompson added 20 points including four three point baskets, four rebounds, and three assists.
