Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir started the following lineup: 6-0 So. ZaKiyah Johnson, 5-10 Jr. Reagan Bender, 6-3 Jr. Angelina Pelayo, 5-8 Sr. Triniti Ralston, and 5-8 Jr. Claire Russell. Meade County coach Dina Hackert countered with 5-9 So. Peyton Bradley, 5-8 Jr. Anna Belle Babb, 5-10 Sr. Katie Durbin, 5-4 Sr. Mattie Clanton, and 5-5 Jr. Paige Medley.

Sacred Heart Academy defeated Meade County by the score of 77-59. There were five lead changes and four ties in this game. Sacred Heart shot 58.9% from the field including five of 16 from the three point line. The Valkyries connected on six of 11 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 14 points off nine Meade County turnovers. Meade County shot 41.3% from the field including seven of 17 from beyond the arc. The Green Wave connected on 14 of 18 free throws, pulled down 17 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 11 Sacred Heart turnovers.

ZaKiyah Johnson led Sacred Heart with 41 points including three three point baskets, 15 rebounds, and four assists. Angelina Pelayo added 20 points, six rebounds, and three assists. Pelayo was 10 of 13 from the field. Reagan Bender recorded 10 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and five assists.

Peyton Bradley led Meade County with 30 points including three three point baskets, seven of seven free throws, three rebounds, and four assists. Katie Durbin added 13 points including five of five free throws, and seven rebounds. Paige Medley recorded seven points. Mattie Clanton chipped in with six points on two three point baskets, three rebounds, and three steals.
