Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus Jr. started the following lineup: 6-5 Sr. Jaylen Davis, 6-3 Sr. Jayden West, 6-7 Sr. Robby Todd, 5-11 Jr. Parker Mullins, and 6-2 Jr. Eli Steele. Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-2 Sr. Mason Hawkins, 6-2 Sr. Kyan Miller, 6-3 Sr. Henry Lynch, 5-10 Sr. Konlin Brown, and 6-0 So. Kayson Brown.

Madison Central trailed 44-38 after three quarters but rallied to eke out a 55-53 victory over Henry Clay. Madison Central shot 38.6% from the field including three of 11 from the three point line. The Indians connected on 18 of 25 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 15 Henry Clay turnovers. Henry Clay shot 52.3% from the field including six of 15 from beyond the arc. The Blue Devils connected on one of three free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 13 Madison Central turnovers.

Jaylen Davis led Madison Central with 22 points including two three point baskets, 12 of 13 free throws, eight rebounds, and two steals. Robby Todd added 16 points, six rebounds, and two steals. Jayden West recorded six points and seven rebounds. Eli Steele chipped in with six points and two rebounds.

Mason Hawkins led Henry Clay with 14 points including two three point baskets and four rebounds. Konlin Brown added 13 points including three three point baskets, five rebounds, and three steals. Henry Lynch recorded 13 points.
