Lyon County coach Ryan Perry started the following lineup: 6-2 Jr. Luke Burchett, 6-1 Fr. Bray Kirk, 6-6 Jr. Brady Shoulders, 6-2 Jr. Jack Reddick, and 6-2 Jr. Travis Perry. North Laurel coach Nate Valentine countered with 6-3 Sr. Reed Sheppard, 6-1 Jr. Brody Brock, 6-4 Sr. Chase Keen, 5-10 So. Kole Jervis, and 6-0 Sr. Kyler Elza. ( Ryan Davidson and Gavin Chadwell did not play tonight).

The score was tied 66-66 after three quarters but Lyon County pulled away in the final quarter to earn a 90-83 victory. The score was tied four times and there were five lead changes in the game. Lyon County shot 58.7% from the field including 13 of 25 from the three point line. The Lyons connected on three of six free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored eight points off seven North Laurel turnovers. North Laurel shot 50% from the field including 18 of 35 from beyond the arc. The Jaguars connected on seven of eight free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 11 points off five Lyon County turnovers.

Travis Perry led Lyon County with 45 points including 10 three point baskets, three rebounds, and five assists. Brady Shoulders added 21 points including three three point baskets, 11 rebounds, and four assists. Jack Reddick recorded 12 points, four rebounds, eight assists, and two steals. Bray Kirk chipped in with 10 points, four rebounds, two assists, and three steals.

Reed Sheppard led North Laurel with 32 points including five three point baskets, seven of eight free throws, 10 rebounds, 13 assists, two blocked shots, and three steals. Brody Brock added 19 points including five three point baskets, and three assists. Kole Jervis recorded 13 points including three three point baskets, Kyler Elza chipped in with 12 points on four three point baskets and four rebounds. Chase Keen added seven points and seven rebounds.
