Henry Clay coach Ashley Garrard started the following lineup: 5-9 Jr. Allison Stone, 5-8 Jr. Lydia Van Metre, 5-8 Jr. Emily Johnson, 5-2 So. Ariyana Sutton, and 5-7 Jr. Timarri Miller. Bath County coach Mark Collier II countered with 5-9 Sr. Hannah Roland, 5-6 Sr. Makenna Day, 5-9 Sr. Kirsten Vice, 5-6 Jr. Kaylee Crouch, and 5-6 Jr. Ashtyn Barrett,

Henry Clay outscored Bath County 21-10 in the second quarter on their way to a 65-46 victory over the Lady Cats. Henry Clay shot 41.8% from the field including nine of 19 from the three point line. The Lady Blue Devils connected on 10 of 20 free throws, pulled down 51 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 19 Bath County turnovers. Bath County shot 30% from the field including four of 19 from beyond the arc. The Lady Cats connected on 12 of 22 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 24 Henry Clay turnovers.

Allison Stone led Henry Clay with 19 points including four three point baskets, 10 rebounds, five assists, and two steals. Timarri Miller added 17 points, three rebounds, three assists, and seven steals. Lydia Van Metre recorded 11 points including three three point baskets, six rebounds, and three steals. Ariyana Sutton chipped in with eight points, eight rebounds, three assists, and two steals. 5-10 Jr. Elizabeth Nelson recorded six points, three rebounds, three assists, and two steals.

Ashtyn Barrett led Bath County with 16 points, five rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Makenna Day added nine points on three three point baskets, two rebounds, five assists, and two steals. Kirsten Vice recorded seven points, nine rebounds, and two blocked shots. Hannah Roland added six points, three rebounds, and two steals.
