Central coach DeShawn Pendleton started the following lineup: 5-11 Jr. Destiny Jones, 5-6 Sr. Amaya Asher, 5-11 Sr. JaLa Douglas, 5-2 Sr. JaKyrra Bartlett, and 5-2 Jr. Diamond Roach. Bullitt East coach Chris Stallings countered with 5-8 Sr. Lilly Reid, 5-10 Jr. Anna Rodgers, 5-10 Jr. Sarah Pitcock, 5-6 So. Carli Bryant, and 5-8 Sr. Logan Ortega,

Central led 40-39 at halftime and pulled away in the second half to earn an 80-63 victory over Bullitt East. Central shot 45.6% from the field including five of 13 from the three point line. The Lady Jackets connected on 23 of 33 free throws, pulled down 53 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 18 Bullitt East turnovers. Bullitt East shot 34.3% from the field including six of 28 from beyond the arc. The Lady Chargers connected on 11 of 20 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 23 Central turnovers.

Destiny Jones led Central with 38 points, 18 rebounds, and three blocked shots. Jones was 13 of 19 from the field and 12 of 19 from the free throw line. Diamond Roach added 12 points on four three point baskets, three rebounds, and three steals. JaLa Douglas recorded 11 points, 12 rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Amaya Asher added 10 points, 12 rebounds, and two assists.

Lilly Reid led Bullitt East with 15 points, three rebounds, five assists, and two steals. Logan Ortega added 12 points and five rebounds. 5-10 So. Madeline Curtsinger recorded 11 points and seven rebounds. 5-8 Fr. Anna Tinelli chipped in with nine points, six rebounds, and two assists. Anna Rodgers added eight points and eight rebounds. 5-5 Fr. Mollie Johnson recorded seven points including two three point baskets.
