Madison Central coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-7 Jr. Eden Carter, 5-7 So. Brooke Campbell, 5-10 Jr. Bailey Hensley, 5-7 So. Brittany Campbell, and 5-6 So. Nataya Strader. Anderson County coach Clay Birdwhistell countered with 5-9 Sr. Jayci Lucas, 5-8 Jr. Claire Cooper, 6-0 So. Lainey Johnson, 5-6 Sr. Jenna Beasley, and 5-8 Jr. Jenna Satterly.

Anderson County captured a hard fought 43-39 home victory over Madison Central tonight. The difference in the game was at the charity stripe as Madison Central was whistled for 18 fouls while the home team Lady Bearcats were only called for eight fouls. Anderson County held a 20-6 advantage in free throw points. Anderson County shot 27% from the field including three of 16 from the three point line. The Lady Bearcats connected on 20 of 23 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 14 Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 34.9% from the field including three of 12 from beyond the arc. The Lady Indians connected on six of 10 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored seven points off 14 Anderson County turnovers.

Jenna Satterly led Anderson County with 19 points including 15 of 16 free throws. Four rebounds, and five steals. Lainey Johnson added 15 points including four of five free throws, nine rebounds, and two steals. 5-8 So. Ella Baum recorded five points and four rebounds. Jenna Beasley chipped in with four points, five rebounds, and two steals.

Bailey Hensley led Madison Central with 18 points, six rebounds, and two steals. Brittany Campbell added six points, five rebounds, two assists, and three steals. 5-7 Jr. Olivia Metcalfe recorded six poiunts on two three point baskets. Nataya Strader chipped in with five points and three steals.
