Lexington Catholic coach Lee Tegt started the following lineup: 5-10 Sr. Katherine Truitt, 5-7 Sr. Lucy Nash, 5-9 Jr. Lydia Kennedy, 5-4 Sr. Mary Martin Hampton, and 5-4 Jr. Sydney Elbert. Anderson County coach Clay Birdwhistell countered with 6-0 So. Lainey Johnson, 5-8 Jr. Jenna Beasley, 5-8 Jr. Faith Hyatt, 5-6 Sr. Jenna Satterly, and 5-8 So. Ella Baum.

Anderson County utilized excellent long range shooting (12 3’s) in a 72-40 victory over Lexington Catholic. Anderson County shot 47.1% from the field including 12 of 26 fron the three point line. The Lady Bearcats connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 14 Lexington Catholic turnovers. Lexington Catholic shot 34.1% from the field including two of 12 from beyond the arc. The Lady Knights connected on eight of 15 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored eight points off 12 Anderson County turnovers.

Lainey Johnson led Anderson County with 39 points including seven three point baskets, six of eight free throws, 10 rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Jenna Satterly added 15 points, five rebounds, five assists, and two steals. Ella Baum recorded 11 points including three three point baskets and five rebounds.

Mary Martin Hampton led Lexington Catholic with 16 points, two rebounds, five assists, and four steals. Katherine Truitt added 14 points and five rebounds.
