Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Erik Daniels started the following lineup: 5-9 Fr. Miami King, 5-8 8th Grade Ellie Lavey, 5-10 Jr. Margaret Hoover, 5-5 8th Grade Eriyaune Daniels, and 5-7 Jr. Justice Biggerstaff. Madison Central coach Scott True countered with 5-7 Sr. Chloe Freeman, 5-7 So. Brooke Campbell, 5-10 Bailey Hensley, 5-4 Sr. Eve Carter, and 5-6 So. Nataya Strader.

Madison Central defeated Paul Laurence Dunbar by the score of 64-28. Madison Central shot 43.4% from the field including two of six from the three point line. The Lady Indians connected on 16 of 26 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 43 points off 39 Paul Laurence Dunbar turnovers. Paul Laurence Dunbar shot 40.9% from the field including three of eight from beyond the arc. The Lady Bulldogs connected on seven of 10 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored seven points off 13 Madison Central turnovers.

Bailey Hensley led Madison Central with 20 points, eight rebounds, and five steals. Nataya Strader added 12 points including 10 of 10 free throws, two rebounds, six assists, and five steals. 5-7 So. Brittany Campbell recorded eight points, two assists, and six steals. 5-7 Jr. Eden Carter chipped in with seven points, two rebounds, and three steals. 5-7 Jr. Olivia Metcalfe added seven points.

Ellie Lavey led Paul Laurence Dunbar with 10 points, Eriyaune Daniels added six points on two three point baskets and two steals. Justice Biggerstaff recorded five points, five rebounds, and four steals. 5-10 Jr. Mackenzie Day chipped in with five points and two rebounds. Margaret Hoover added six rebounds, two assists, and two blocked shots.
