Madison Central coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-7 Jr. Eden Carter, 5-7 So. Brooke Campbell, 5-10 Jr. Bailey Hensley, 5-7 So. Brittany Campbell, and 5-7 So. Nataya Strader. Model coach Scotty Sutton countered with 5-7 Sr. Avery Tuttle, 5-7 Fr. Jadie Baiser, 5-9 Sr. Alyssa Hudson, 5-6 So. Rylli Hunt, and 5-6 Jr. and Maiya Bhandari.
Madison Central raced out to a 46-12 halftime lead on their way to a 74-24 victory over Model. Madison Central shot 53.6% from the field including five of 12 from the three point line. The Lady Indians connected on nine of 16 free throws, and scored 33 points off 29 Model turnovers. Model shot 44.4% from the field including two of three from beyond the arc. The Lady Patriots connected on six of 12 free throws, pulled down 14 rebounds, and scored two points off four Madison Central turnovers.
Nataya Strader led Madison Central with 15 points, five rebounds, and two assists. Bailey Hensley added 13 points, eight rebounds, three assists, and four steals. 5-7 Jr. Olivia Metcalfe recorded 11 points including two three point baskets and two steals. Brittany Campbell chipped in with 10 points, five rebounds, and three steals.
Jadfie Baiser, Maiya Bhandari, and 5-7 Sr. Paige Mattinglyeach scored five points for Model. Rylli Hunt recorded four points, three rebounds, three assists, and one blocked shot.
