Madison Southern coach Bill Bevins started the following lineup: 6-2 Jr. Jay Rose, 6-1 Jr. Zach Hudson, 6-5 Sr. Brett Erslan, 5-8 So. Casen Nobbe, and 6-0 Jr. Braden Hudson. Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus Jr. countered with 6-5 Sr. Jaylen Davis, 6-3 Sr. Jayden Davis, 6-7 Sr. Robby Todd, 5-11 Jr. Parker Mullins, and 6-3 Jr. Eli Steele.

Madison Central defeated Madison Southern by the score of 57-47. Madison Central shot 32.7% from the field including four of 22 from the three point line. The Indians connected on 17 of 27 free throws, pulled down 47 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 11 Madison Southern turnovers. Madison Southern shot 28.6% from the field including four of 22 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on 15 of 23 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 11 Madison Central turnovers.

Jaylen Davis led Madison Central with 27 points including two three point baskets, 11 of 15 free throws, 13 rebounds, two assists, and two blocked shots. Jayden West added 13 points, six rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Robby Todd recorded 12 points, 12 rebounds, and two blocked shots.

Braden Hudson led Madison Southern with 23 points including three three point baskets, six of nine free throws, and eight rebounds. Jay Rose, despite being hampered by an ankle sprain suffered in the last game had a courageous effort with 14 points including seven of eight free throws, and 14 rebounds. Zach Hudson recorded five points, six rebounds, two assists, and two steals.
