Akron Buchtel vs. Rocky River Lutheran West (Boys) Division II Championship
Akron Buchtel coach Rayshon Dent started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Jayden Maxwell, 6-3 So. Steven Diamond, 6-3 Sr. Amire Robinson, 6-2 Sr. Khoi Thurmon, and 6-2 Sr. Marcel Boyce Jr. Rocky River Lutheran West coach Jordan Duke countered with 6-3 Sr. Clay Noble, 6-2 Jr. Junior Kambomba, 6-4 So. Matthew Meyer, 6-1 Jr. Jayson Levis, and 6-1 Jr. Derek Fairley.
Marcel Boyce Jr. hit two free throws with 14.5 seconds to give Akron Buchtel a 51-49 victory. Rocky River Lutheran West’s Joshua Meyer hit a basket in the lane at the buzzer that was originally thought to tie the game but after the referees reviewed the play the basket was waved off because the shot came after the horn. There were nine ties and 11 lead changes in this game. Akron Buchtel shot 47.2% from the field including five of 14 from the three point line. The Griffins connected on 12 of 16 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored six points off five Rocky River Lutheran West turnovers. Rocky River Lutheran West shot 47.5% from the field including five of 14 from beyond the arc. The Longhorns connected on six of 11 free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and scored nine points off nine Akron Buchtel turnovers.
Marcel Boyce Jr. led Akron Buchtel with 18 points including seven of 10 free throws, and pulled down six rebounds. Khoi Thurmon added 11 points including five of six free throws, and three assists. Jayden Maxwell recorded 10 points including two three point baskets. Amire Robinson chipped in with five points, six rebounds, five assists, and three blocked shots.
Matthew Meyer led Rocky River Lutheran West with 12 points, seven rebounds, and two steals. Jayson Levis added 10 points and five rebounds. Derek Fairley recorded nine points and seven assists.

Convoy Crestview coach Doug Etzler countered with 6-3 Sr. Gavin Etzler, 6-1 Sr. Mitch Temple, 6-6 So. Wren Sheets, 5-11 Sr. Carson Hunter, and 6-0 Sr. Nate Lichtle.
Richmond Heights outscored Convoy Crestview 29-0 in the third quarter on their way to a 70-26 victory. Richmond Heights shot 51.9% from the field including 11 of 24 from the three point line. The Spartans connected on five of five free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 33 points off 18 Convoy Crestview turnovers. Convoy Crestview shot 32.4% from the field including three of 14 from beyond the arc. They connected on one of four free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored four points off four Richmond Heights turnovers.
Dorian Jones led Richmond Heights with 25 points including seven three point baskets, and four steals. Jeremy Wilson added 12 points, nine rebounds, and two steals. De’Erick Barber recorded nine points, three rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Demarris Winters Jr. chipped in with nine points, four rebounds, and four steals. Hosea Steele Jr. added eight points, seven rebounds, five assists, and two steals.
Gavin Etzler led Convoy Crestview with seven points and three rebounds. Carson Hunter added five points, three rebounds, and five assists.

Cleveland Height Lutheran East coach Samuel Liggins started the following lineup: 6-8 Fr. TJ Crumble, 6-5 Jr. Ronald Taylor, 6-9 Jr. Jesse McCulloch, 6-0 Jr. Chauncey Brashers, and 6-2 Sr. Cody Head. Ottawa-Glandorf coach Tyson McGlaughlin countered with 6-5 Jr. Colin White, 6-4 Jr. Caden Erford, 6-6 Sr. Theo Maag, 6-1 Sr. Hunter Stechschulte, and 6-2 Jr. Grant Schroeder.
Cleveland Heights Lutheran East defeated Ottawa-Glandorf by the score of 67-61. The score was tied four times and there were five lead changes in the game. Cleveland Heights Lutheran East shot 55.3% from the field including eight of 17 from the three point line. The Falcons connected on 17 of 22 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 14 Ottawa-Glandorf turnovers. Ottawa-Glandorf shot 40% from the field including 11 of 24 from beyond the arc. The Titans connected on 10 of 14 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored nine points off 12 Cleveland Heights Lutheran East turnovers.
Cody Head led Cleveland Heights Lutheran East with 19 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, two assists, and three steals. TJ Crumble added 12 points. Ronald Taylor recorded 12 points including two three point baskets, 5-11 Jr. Anthony Bruce chipped in with nine points including six of seven free throws.
Colin White led Ottawa-Glandorf with 18 points including three three point baskets, seven points, five assists, and two steals. Hunter Stechschulte added 14 points including four three point baskets. Caden Erford recorded 10 points, four rebounds, and two assists. 5-10 Sr. Levi Unterbrink chipped in with nine points on three three point baskets. Theo Maag recorded eight points, seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

Akron Archbishop Hoban vs. Pickerington Central (Boys) Division I Championship

Pickerington Central coach Davian Bates countered with 6-6 Sr. Devin Royal, 6-2 Sr. Andrew Hedgepeth, 6-8 Sr. Gavin Headings, 6-0 Jr. Juwan Turner, and 6-1 Sr. Markell Johnson.
The score was tied 31-31 after three quarters but Akron Archbishop Hoban pulled away in the final quarter for a 53-47 victory over Pickerington Central. The score was tied three times and there were 11 lead changes in the game. Akron Archbishop Hoban shot 40.4% from the field including seven of 21 from the three point line. The Knights connected on four of 10 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 14 Pickerington Central turnovers. Pickerington Central shot 42.6% from the field including three of 16 from beyond the arc. The Tigers connected on four of seven free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 10 Akron Archbishop Hoban turnovers.
Logan Vowles led Akron Archbishop Hoban with 17 points including five three point baskets, and seven rebounds. William Scott Jr. added 13 points and eight rebounds, Sam Greer recorded 12 points, five rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Andrew Griffith chipped in with nine points including two three point baskets, and five rebounds.
Devin Royal led Pickerington Central with 15 points, eight rebounds, and two assists. Gavin Headings added 12 points and eight rebounds. Markell Johnson recorded 11 points, two rebounds, two assists, and two steals.
