Great Crossing defeated Henry Clay by the score of 41-0. Great Crossing recorded 15 first downs and 375 yards of total offense. The Warhawks were penalized 14 times for 147 yards and lost a fumble. Henry Clay recorded 10 first downs and 123 yards of total offense. The Blue Devils were penalized nine times for 54 yards, lost a fumble, and had two passes intercepted.
Isaiah Johnson led Great Crossings’ ground game with 209 yards and three touchdowns on 22 carries. Micheal Pettigrew added 48 yards on nine carries. Jeremiah Clark carried the ball five times for 38 yards and a touchdown. Trey Campbell scored on a nine yard run. Jeremiah Clark completed five of 14 passes for 60 yards and one touchdown. Jevontae Green caught two passes for seven yards and a touchdown. Jacob Johnson and Mason Euler each caught a pass for 26 and 25 yards respectively. Micheal Pettigrew punted twice for a 49 yards average with a long kick of 63 yards with one kick inside the 20. Jacob Johnson returned five punts for 49 yards with a long return of 20 yards. Isaiaj Johnson returned one kickoff for 43 yards. Clayton Shaddix led the defense with seven solo tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards. Caden Seater added six solo tackles. Logan Clayton recorded four solo and one assisted tackles. Zach Morris added four solo tackles and recovered a fumble. Elijah Fryman intercepted a pass he returned for 41 yards. Jacob Romero added an interception with a nine yard return.
Henry Mackey led the Henry Clay ground game with 16 yards and six carries. Rohan Taylor completed 12 of 20 passes for 94 yards with one interception. Liam Marrs completed 0ne of two passes for two yards with one interception. Walden Cole caught six passes for 48 yards. Luke DiNardo added three receptions for 31 yards. Scyler Hersey returned five kickoffs for 79 yards with a long return of 25 yards. Landon Merriman returned one kickoff for 17 yards. Walden Cole led the defense with 11 solo tackles. Jeannoe Mangwele added six solo and one assisted tackles. Luke DiNardo recorded five solo tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a one yard loss. Connor McNee recovered a fumble.
