Lexington Catholic defeated Scott County by the score of 21-20. Scott County scored on a three yard run by Andrew Hickey with 6:27 left in the game to pull within 1; 21-20 but failed on the attempt to go for a two [point conversion. Lexington Catholic recorded 18 first downs and 267 yards of total offense. The Knights were penalized seven times for 66 yards. Scott County recorded 20 first downs and 332 yards of total offense. The Cardinals were penalized seven times for 78 yards and had two passes intercepted.

Sam Clements led Lexington Catholic’s ground game with 51 yards and a touchdown on six carries. Jackson Wasik carried the ball 10 times for 34 yards. Alex Rayyan recorded 31 yards on six carries. Jackson Wasik completed 14 of 20 passes for 136 yards and one touchdown. Jackson Kreutzer caught six passes for 76 yards and a touchdown. Tanner Pedroche added four receptions for 19 yards. Matthew Kern recorded two receptions for 22 yards. Jackson Wasik punted three times for a 40.7 average with a long punt of 52 yards and two inside the 20 yard line. Sam Clements returned three kickoffs for 67 yards with a long return of 24 yards. Kaylib Nelson and Matthew Kern led the defense as each recorded seven solo and one assisted tackles. B. Williams added four solo and five assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a four yard loss. Sam Clements chipped in with three solo and six assisted tackles. Cannon Mackley scored on a 32 yard interception return. Walker Tweardy also intercepted a pass he returned 15 yards.

Jacob Fryman led Scott County’s ground game with 97 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries. Thomas Feickert carried the ball 11 times for 70 yards and a touchdown. Ellis Huguely recorded 50 yards on eight carries. Timmy Emongo carried the ball six times for 35 yards. Andrew Hickey completed six of 14 passes for 49 yards with one touchdown. Eli Lilly caught five passes for 26 yards. Isaac York added one reception for 23 yards. Buddy Collins and Jackson Damron each returned one kickoff for 27 and 18 yards respectively. Jackson Damron led the defense with six solo and three assistede tackles. Luke Valencia added four solo and three assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a nine yard loss. Je. Stevenson recorded four solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a two yard loss.
