Pulaski County coach Chris Adkins started the following lineup: 5-8 So. Brooklyn Thomas, 5-8 So. Hannah Murray, 5-11 Sr. Sydney Martin, 5-8 So. Madeline Butcher, and 5-7 Sr. Maggie Holt. Madison Central coach Scott True countered with 5-7 Sr. Eden Carter, 5-6 Jr. Nataya Strader, 5-9 Jr. Cameryn Ridderikhoff, 5-7 Jr. Brooke Campbell, and 5-7 Jr. Brittany Campbell.

Pulaski County won a hard fought 71-63 overtime victory over Madison Central tonight. Sydney Martin banked in a long range three pointer that just beat the buzzer in regulation to tie the score at 58-58 and force overtime. Pulaski County raced out to an 18-10 first quarter lead but fought back to make it a close contest. There were five ties and three lead changes in the game. Pulaski County shot 39.3% from the field including seven of 21 from the three point line. The Maroons connected on 20 of 27 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 22 Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 38.9% from the field including eight of 23 from beyond the arc. The Indians connected on 13 of 18 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 28 Pulaski County turnovers.

Sydney Martin led Pulaski County with 20 points including seven of 10 free throws, pulled down 12 rebounds, blocked two shots, and recorded six steals. Brooklyn Thomas added 12 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Madeline Butcher recorded 12 points including five of six free throws, seven rebounds, and two assists. Hannah Murray chipped in with 12 points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, two assists, and four steals. Maggie Holt added seven points, nine rebounds, six assists, two blocked shots, and two steals.

Brooke Campbell led Madison Central with 14 points including three three point baskets, four assists, and three steals. Nataya Strader added 14 points, four rebounds, two assists, and four steals. Cameryn Ridderikhoff recorded 12 points including two three point baskets, nine rebounds, two assists, and four steals. Brittany Campbell chipped in with eight points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, eight assists, and two steals.
