Lincoln County coach Caitlin Parson started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Elly Sims, 5-8 Jr. Gatlynn Lewis, 6-0 Sr. Maecey Carter, 5-3 Jr. Milah Mullins, and 5-4 Sr. Macey Rice. Lexington Catholic coach Michael Menifee countered with 5-9 Sr. Lydia Kennedy, 5-8 Sr. Mary Hall, 5-9 Sr. Marielle Sackleh, 5-5 So. Josey Cox, and 5-6 Sr. Brooke Russell.

Lincoln County defeated Lexington Catholic by the score of 51-45. There were four lead changes and seven ties in this game. Lincoln County shot 40% from the field including two of seven from the three point line. The Lady Patriots connected on 21 of 26 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 22 Lexington Catholic turnovers. Lexington Catholic shot 29.8% from the field including three of 10 from beyond the arc. The Lady Knights connected on 14 of 22 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 24 Lincoln County turnovers.

Gatlynn Lewis led Lincoln County with 16 points including 11 of 12 free throws, 11 rebounds, two blocked shots, and two steals. Elly Sims added 12 points and seven steals. Macey Rice recorded 12 points including five of six free throws and three steals. Maecey Carter chipped in with four points, nine rebounds, and two blocked shots.

5-9 So. Payton Avilez led Lexington Catholic with nine points and two steals. 5-9 So. Bella Bretz added nine points and two rebounds. Lydia Kennedy recorded eight points, seven rebounds, and two blocked shots. Josey Cox chipped in with seven points, three rebounds, and five steals. Marielle Sackleh added six points, six rebounds, and three steals.
