Henry Clay coach Ashley Garrard started the following lineup: 5-8 Sr. Lydia Van Metre, 5-8 Sr. Emily Johnson, 5-10 Sr. Elizabeth Nelson, 5-2 Jr. Ariyanna Sutton, and 5-6 Sr. Timarri Miller. Anderson County coach Clay Birdwhistell countered with 6-0 Jr. Lainey Johnson, 5-9 Sr. Claire Cooper, 5-10 Jr. Ella Baum, 5-7 Sr. Faith Hyatt, and 5-9 Sr. Jenna Satterly.

Anderson County led 19-9 after the first quarter on their way to a 66-45 victory over Henry Clay. Anderson County shot 54.8% from the field including four of 15 from the three point line. The Lady Bearcats connected on 16 of 24 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 14 points off seven Henry Clay turnovers. Henry Clay shot 31.9% from the field including five of 28 from beyond the arc. The Lady Blue Devils connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 19 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 14 Anderson County turnovers.

Jenna Satterly led Anderson County with 27 points including 10 of 13 free throws, seven rebounds, and six assists. Lainey Johnson added 25 points including two three point baskets, seven rebounds, and three assists. Ella Baum recorded six points and five rebounds. Faith Hyatt pulled down nine rebounds and dished out three assists.

Emily Johnson led Henry Clay with 15 points including three three point baskets. Timarri Miller added 15 points, two rebounds, and five assists. 5-9 Sr. Allison Stone recorded six points including four of four free thows, five rebounds, and two blocked shots.
