Owensboro Catholic coach Michael Robertson started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Jenny Krampe, 5-8 Jr. Aubrey Randolph, 6-0 Sr. Delaney Cooper, 5-6 Jr. Karmin Riley, and 5-8 Sr. Hailee Johnson. Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 6-0 Jr. ZaKiyah Johnson, 5-8 Sr. Claire Russell, 6-3 Sr. Angelina Pelayo, 5-4 Fr. Amirah Jordan, and 5-10 Sr. Reagan Bender.
Sacred Heart Academy defeated Owensboro Catholic by the score of 72-44. Sacred Heart shot 46.2% from the field including six of 21 from the three point line. The Valkyries connected on six of 11 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 18 Owensboro Catholic turnovers. Owensboro Catholic shot 25.9% from the field including four of 25 from beyond the arc. The Lady Aces connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 15 Sacred Heart Academy turnovers.
ZaKiyah Johnson led Sacred Heart Academy with 21 points including three three point baskets, nine rebounds, and three assists. Reagan Bender added 19 points including three three point baskets, three rebounds, six assists, and two steals. Angelina Pelayo recorded 10 points. Claire Russell chipped in with eight points and five rebounds.
Delaney Cooper led Owensboro Catholic with 11 points and seven rebounds. Hailee Johnson added 10 points including four of four free throws, five rebounds, and three assists. Karmin Riley recorded nine points on three three point baskets and four rebounds. Aubrey Randolph chipped in with seven points, five rebounds, and two assists. Jenna Krampe recorded five points and five rebounds.
