Bryan Station coach Champ Ligon Jr. started the following lineup: 6-5 So. Taeshawn Adams, 6-1 So. Amari Owens, 6-7 Jr. Felix Gonzalez, 5-10 Sr. Bryson Carpenter, and 5-11 Jr. Justin Richmond. Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus Jr. countered with 6-3 Jr. Cody Morrison, 6-3 Sr. Eli Steele, 6-6 Sr. Tye Thomas, 5-10 Sr. Jacob Landsaw, and 6-1 Jr. Landon Ray.

Bryan Station outscored Madison Central 20-4 in the second quarter on their way to a 56-41 victory. The score was tied twice and there were four lead changes in the game. Bryan Station shot 46.7% from the field including three of 11 from the three point line. The Defenders connected on 11 of 16 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 18 Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 35.6% from the field including four of 17 from beyond the arc. The Indians connected on five of five free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 13 Bryan Station turnovers.

Amari Owens led Bryan Station with 17 points, five rebounds, and four assists. Owens used his quickness and strength to get to the rim at will. 5-11 Jr. Rashaad Faulkner added 10 points including two three point baskets and three steals. Felix Gonzalez recorded eight points, 10 rebounds, and four blocked shots. 6-4 Sr. Daeveon Adams chipped in with five points, four rebounds, and two steals. 6-3 Sr. Matthew Golinski added fiove points, three rebounds, and three steals.

Cody Morrison led Madison Central with 18 points including two three point baskets. Tye Thomas added 13 points, 12 rebounds, six assists, and two steals. Landon Ray recorded 10 points including two three point baskets.
