Ballard coach Eric Browning started the following lineup: 5-9 Jr. Bella Horvatinovich, 5-6 Sr. Makayla May, 5-11 Sr. Trinity Armour, 5-6 Jr. Serena Lyons, and 5-7 S0. Arianna Rogers. Madison Central coach Scott True countered with 5-7 Jr. Brooke Campbell, 5-7 Sr, Eden Carter, 5-9 Jr. Cameron Ridderikhoff, 5-7 Jr. Brittany Campbell, and 5-6 Jr. Nataya Strader.

Madison Central raced out to a 24-7 first quarter lead on their way to a 64-36 victory over Ballard. The Lady Indians pressure defense recorded 23 steals which led to 32 points off 31 Ballard turnovers. Madison Central shot 41.5% from the field including five of 17 from the three point line. The Lady Indians connected on 15 of 22 free throws and pulled down 37 rebounds. Ballard shot 26.8% from the field including two of 14 from beyond the arc. The Lady Bruins connected on four of six free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored four points off 19 Madison Central turnovers.

Eden Carter led a balanced Madison Central scoring attack with 12 points, six rebounds, and eight steals. Cameryn Ridderikhoff added 11 points including six of six free throws, four rebounds, and two steals. Brooke Campbell recorded 11 points including three three point baskets. 5-7 Sr. Olivia Metcalfe chipped in with nine points and eight rebounds. Brittany Campbell recorded eight points, four rebounds, nine assists, and four steals. Nataya Strader added five points, five rebounds, and five steals.

Trinity Armour led Ballard with 13 points, nine rebounds, and two steals. Serena Lyons added nine points, six rebounds, and four steals. 5-7 So. Kendall Taylor recorded six points and three rebounds. Makayla May chipped in with five points and three rebounds. Bella Horvatinovich pulled down seven rebounds.
