Grant County coach Shawn West started the following lineup: 5-9 Jr. Sarah Russell, 5-7 Jr. Caroline Barnes, 5-9 Jr. Jada Cummins, 5-2 Fr. Olivia Ginn, and 5-4 Fr. Skyler Menefee. Simon Kenton coach Brenden Stowers countered with 5-9 So. Haylie Webb, 5-7 So. Meg Gadzala, 5-10 So. Anna Kelch, 5-3 Fr. Brynli Pernell, and 5-4 8th Grade Bella Ober.

Simon Kenton defeated Grant County 53-42 to capture the championship. Simon Kenton shot 33.3% from the field including five of 23 from the three point line. The Lady Pioneers connected on 14 of 18 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 21 Grant County turnovers. Grant County shot 36% from the field including three of 16 from beyond the arc. The Lady Braves connected on three of nine free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 19 Simon Kenton turnovers.

Brynli Pernell led Simon Kenton with 19 points including three three point baskets, six of six free throws, and two assists. Haylie Webb added 13 points, 13 rebounds, four assists, and two blocked shots. Meg Gadzala recorded eight points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, and three steals. Bella Ober chipped in with six points, four rebounds, two blocked shots, and four steals. Anna Kelch added five points, eight rebounds, three assists, and two steals.

Caroline Barnes led Grant County with 17 points and two rebounds. Olivia Ginn added nine points, six rebounds, four assists, two blocked shots, and two steals. Jada Cummins recorded nine points, four rebounds, and two assists. Sarah Russell chipped in with four points, 11 rebounds, four assists, two blocked shots, and two steals.
