Madison Central coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-7 Jr. Brooke Campbell, 5-7 Sr. Eden Carter, 5-9 Jr. Cameryn Ridderikhoff, 5-7 Jr. Brittany Campbell, and 5-6 Jr. Nataya Strader. Nicholas County coach Greg Letcher countered with 5-8 Sr. Tessa Humphries, 5-8 Jr. Mady Adams, 5-8 Sr. Nevaeh Davis, 5-6 Sr. Sydney Carpenter, and 5-7 Fr. Maggie Simons.

Madison Central defeated Nicholas County by the score of 63-45. Madison Central shot 45.8% from the field including nine of 18 from the three point line. The Lady Indians connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 18 Nicholas County turnovers. Nicholas County shot 41% from the field including three of nine from beyond the arc. The Lady Jackets connected on 10 of 14 from the free throw line, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 14 Madison Central turnovers.

Cameryn Ridderikhoff led Madison Central with 16 points including three three point baskets, two rebounds, and three assists. Nataya Strader added 13 points, seven rebounds, and five assists. Brittany Campbell recorded nine points, two rebounds, six assists, and three steals. Brooke Campbell chipped in with six points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Eden Carter added six points, three rebounds, and two steals. 5-6 Jr. Tiana Long recorded seven points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and three steals.

Maggie Simons led Nicholas County with 15 points including eight of 10 free throws, seven rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Tessa Humphries added 11 points, five rebounds, and three steals. Sydney Carpenter recorded seven points, three rebounds, and five assists.
