George Rogers Clark coach Robbie Graham started the following lineup: 5-8 So. Teigh Yeast, 5-8 Sr. Makili Tabor, 6-1 Jr. Ciara Byars, 5-5 Fr. Kennedy Stamper, and 5-7 So. Anaya Chestnut. Ryle coach Katie Haitz countered with 6-0 Sr. Quinn Eubank, 5-10 So. Jaelyn Jones, 6-2 Sr. Sarah Baker, 5-4 Sr. Kassidy Peters, and 5-8 Sr. Gracie Carrigan.

George Rogers dominated tonight both offensively and defensively in a 79-43 victory over a very good Ryle squad. Tonight was another story as the Lady Cardinals shot the lights out from both inside and out and their suffocating defense never allowed the potent Ryle offense to get untracked. GRC shot 55.4% from the field including nine of 16 from the three point line. The Lady Cardinals connected on eight of 12 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 31 points off 24 Ryle turnovers. Ryle shot 35.6% from the field including three of seven from beyond the arc. The Lady Raiders connected on eight of 12 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 12 GRC turnovers.

Kennedy Stamper led a balanced George Rogers Clark scoring attack with 18 points including three three point baskets, three rebounds, six assists, and four steals. Ciara Byars added 14 points, seven rebounds, three assists, three blocked shots and was named Tournament MVP. Anaya Chestnut recorded 13 points including three three point baskets and four assists. 5-10 Jr. Khania Jones chipped in with 12 points, five rebounds, two assists, three blocked shots, and three steals. Teigh Yeast added 10 points, four rebounds, and two steals. 5-7 Jr. Jailenn Green recorded 10 points including three of four free throws. Makili Tabor pulled down six rebounds.

Quinn Eubank led Ryle with 17 points, nine rebounds, and three steals. Sarah Baker added eight points and four rebounds. Jaelyn Jones recorded seven points, five rebounds, and two blocked shots.
