North Laurel coach Nate Valentine started the following lineup: 6-3 So. Jordan Rawlings, 6-2 Sr. Brody Brock, 6-7 So. Reece Davidson, 5-10 Jr. Kole Jervis, and 6-1 So. Cooper Elza. Madison Southern coach Steve Wright countered with 6-3 Sr. Jay Rose, 6-1 Sr.Zach Hudson, 6-2 Sr. Avery Davidson, 5-8 Jr. Casen Nobbe, and 6-0 Sr. Braden Hudson.

Madison Southern defeated North Laurel by the score of 81-74. Madison Southern shot 54.7% from the field including six of 17 from the three point line. The Eagles connected on 17 of 20 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 15 North Laurel turnovers. North Laurel shot 43.9% from the field including 12 of 39 from beyond the arc. The Jaguars connected on four of six free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 11 Madison Southern turnovers.

Jay Rose led Madison Southern with 31 points, 11 rebounds, and two assists. Braden Hudson added 16 points including four of four free throws, five rebounds, and four steals. Casen Nobbe recorded 15 points including six of six free throws, 12 assists, and three steals. Zach Hudson chipped in with 10 points including three of four free throws, and seven rebounds. Avery Davidson added seven points and four rebounds.

Brody Brock led North Laurel with 20 points including three three point baskets, two rebounds, seven assists, and two steals. Jordan Rawlings added 17 points including four three point baskets, and eight rebounds. Reece Davidson recorded 16 points, eight rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Cooper Elza chipped in with 13 points including three three point baskets, seven rebounds, five assists, and two steals.
