Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-4 So. Jackson Stephan, 6-2 Sr. Isaiah Stephan, 6-5 Jr. Hassan Bush, 6-0 Jr Kayson Brown, and 6-1 Jr. AJ Dixon. Sayre coach Robert Goodson countered with 6-4 Jr. Chase Parker, 6-1 Jr. Brock Coffman, 6-6 Sr. Ian Reesor, 5-8 Sr. Noah Gallagher, and 5-11 Jr. Luke Pennington.

Henry Clay improved their record to 14-0 with a 64-60 victory over Sayre but the victory did not come easy. Sayre led 44-41 after three quarters and there were eight lead changes and 10 ties in this very competitive battle. Henry Clay shot 48.9% from the field including 10 of 23 from the three point line. The Blue Devils connected on 10 of 16 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 11 Sayre turnovers. Sayre shot 36.8% from the field including six of 20 from beyond the arc. The Spartans connected on 12 of 15 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 14 Henry Clay turnovers.

Jackson Stephan led a balanced Henry Clay scoring attack with 16 points including two three point baskets, nine rebounds, and two assists. Isaiah Stephan added 13 points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, and two steals. Kayson Brown recorded 13 points including two three point baskets, five of six free throws, three rebounds, and five assists. AJ Dixon chipped in with 12 points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, two assists, two blocked shots, and three steals. Hassan Bush added eight points.

Brock Coffman led Sayre with 18 points including three three point baskets,15 rebounds, and four assists. Noah Gallagher added 16 points including two three point basketsm four of four free throws, and seven rebounds. Ian Reesor recorded 14 points and eight rebounds. Chase Parker chipped in with eight points and three assists.
