Boyle County coach Dennie Webb started the following lineup: 6-1 Fr. Guy Turner, 6-0 Sr. Avery Bodner, 6-1 Jr. Brock Driver, 5-8 Jr. Montavin Quisenberry, and 5-10 Jr. Demauriah Brown. Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-5 Sr. Tyler Doyle, 6-4 Sr. Rowan Williams, 6-7 Sr. Miller Williams, 6-0 Sr. Sam Smith, and 6-0 Sr. John Reinhart.

Lexington Catholic raced out to a 30-7 first quarter lead and was never threatened in a 96-37 victory over Boyle County. Lexington Catholic shot 58.7% from the field including 13 of 23 from the three point line and dished out 28 assists. The Knights connected on nine of 13 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds, and scored 15 points off nine Boyle County turnovers. Boyle County shot 27.6% from the field including two of 15 from beyond the arc. The Rebels connected on three of six free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored four points off five Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Rowan Williams led Lexington Catholic with 17 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Tyler Doyle added 14 points, five rebounds, and eight assists. John Reinhart recorded 11 points including three three point baskets and three rebounds. Sam Smith chipped in with nine points on three three point baskets, three rebounds, and three assists. 6-0 Sr. Gist Heinrich also scored nine points including two three point baskets. Miller Williams added eight points, four rebounds, three assists, and three steals. 6-6 Max Meagher chipped in with eight points and three rebounds. 6-4 Sr. Owen Kennedy added six points, four rebounds, and two assists.

Guy Turner led Boyle County with 15 points and five rebounds. Demauriah Brown added seven points and three rebounds.
