Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-4 So. Jackson Stephan, 6-2 Sr. Isaiah Stephan, 6-5 Jr. Hassan Bush, 6-0 Jr. Kayson Brown, and 6-1 Jr. AJ Dixon. Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus Jr. countered with 6-2 Jr. Cody Morrison, 6-2 Sr. Eli Steele, 6-6 Sr. Tye Thomas, 6-0 So. Will Richardson, and 6-0 Jr. Landon Ray.

Henry Clay trailed 21-14 at halftime but outscored Madison Central 24-9 in the third quarter on their way to a 55-49 victory. Henry Clay shot 43.9% from the field including seven of 18 from the three point line. The Blue Devils connected on 12 of 16 free throws, pulled down 18 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 16 Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 34.1% from the field including six of 26 from beyond the arc. The Indians connected on 13 of 23 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 10 Henry Clay turnovers.

Isaiah Stephan led Henry Clay with 19 points including four three point baskets. AJ Dixon added 11 points, three rebounds, and five steals. Jackson Stephan recorded 10 points including six of eight free throws, seven rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Hassan Bush chipped in with nine points and two rebounds. Kayson Brown added six points including three of four free throws, three rebounds, and four assists.

Landon Ray led Madison Central with 10 points including two three point baskets, four of six free throws, seven rebounds, and two assists. Eli Steele added nine points and 11 rebounds. 5-8 Fr. Ricky Goatley recorded nine points, two rebounds, and three steals. 6-5 So. Luke Asher chipped in with eight points and five rebounds. Cody Morrison added six points, three rebounds, and three assists. Will Richardson recorded five points and two rebounds. Tye thomas pulled down eight rebounds.
