Bryan Station coach Serena Sandusky started the following lineup: 5-11 Sr. Kailyn Gentry, 5-7 So. Akiyah Wade, 6-3 Jr. Albertine Cyuzuzo, 5-4 Sr. Chloe Do, and 5-6 So. Elayna Ward. Lafayette coach Allison Denton countered with 5-8 Jr. Belle Combs, 5-8 Fr. Addison Combs, 5-10 Jr. Tess Nelson, 5-5 So. Anna Clay Denton, and 5-5 Jr. Abbey Popham.

Belle Combs scored a layup off an assist by Abbey Popham with 25 seconds to give Lafayette a 57-56 victory over Bryan Station. Bryan Station had an opportunity in the final second but the shots failed to connect. There were 12 lead changes and seven ties in this game. Lafayette shot 41.8% from the field including nine of 20 from the three point line. The Lady Generals connected on two of three free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 17 Bryan Station turnovers. Bryan Station shot 45.8% from the field including five of 10 from beyond the arc. The Lady Defenders connected on seven of 15 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 17 Lafayette turnovers.

Tess Nelson led Lafayette with 15 points including three three point baskets, eight rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Anna Clay Denton added 11 points, including two three point baskets, four rebounds, five assists, and two steals. Abbey Popham recorded nine points, three rebounds, five assists, and two steals. 5-3 Jr. Kierstyn Kelly added nine points on three three point baskets and three assists. Belle Combs chipped in with six points, four rebounds, and two steals. 5-10 Sr. Narrah Wilson recorded five points and five rebounds.

Albertine Cyuzuzo led Bryan Station with 17 points, nine rebounds, and three steals. Elayna Ward added 14 points including four three point baskets, four rebounds, and four assists. Akiyah Wade recorded 11 points and three rebounds. 5-8 Jr. Alondra Gonzalez Perez chipped in with seven points. Kailyn Gentry recorded six points, six rebounds, and two steals.
